After over 20 years in the HVAC, plumbing and geothermal business we have made the decision to sell our company. It has been a privilege to serve you and this community over the years and we know that the new owners will continue with the legacy of quality and care we’ve created.
The new owners, Nick and Dennis Skjonsby (son and father) of Norther Pines Plumbing, Heating and Electric will take official ownership of Hass Geosystems on April 27th, 2023 and will operate under the Northern Pines name. Nick and Dennis’ team specializes in new construction, Fujitsu ductless mini-splits, Navien water heaters and boilers, as well as TETCO and GEOCOMFORT geothermal systems. Northern Pines is also a JCI Certified Comfort Expert and can service all customers with Comfort Plan extended labor warranties. We are also excited to add the addition of electrical services to our broad home comfort solutions.
Though this is a big change for us and our community, Dennis Hass will remain working as a consultant in the next two years to help with the transition.
